Robert Wallace I can't believe this record doesn't appear in far more collections...it's brilliant!. If you like your ambient dark, moody and mysterious you must have this. It's not all dark though there's some really nice passages and the whole record takes you on a dream filled journey. Have a listen, honestly it's well worth it. Favorite track: Hybrid.

Musical images about tough journey through the winding roads from childhood to death...
A life of man "on the edge", involved in things that are not always dependent of his will, became the keynote of the album. Inner drama, moments of doubt and finally, in most cases - surrender.
It tells of people suffering from pain, torn by extreme emotions, dominated by worst thoughts and very often deciding to make that final, suicidal step. Devastation of the mind, caused by lingering stress, awakens even more anxiety.
Not being understood by rest of the society, which is not always able to see, that something's wrong. Lasting in this misery without any cry for help, playing roles, so no one notices anything. Attempts of life, but in secret - pursuit of death, as liberation.
The album thereby, is about loneliness of an individual, tries to show the emotional crash, so the listener feels, that such cases never end well.
That's why the last song ends with an "SOS" signal and "DEATH" transmitted in response.
Variety of composition of certain images is experimental.

Muzyczne obrazy o ciężkiej wędrówce poprzez kręte ścieżki od dzieciństwa do śmierci...Życie człowieka "na krawędzi", uwikłanego w różne nie zawsze zależne od niego sytuacje. Wewnętrzne dramaty, chwile zwątpienia aż w końcu najczęściej - poddanie się.
Opowiada o ludziach dręczonych bólem i cierpieniem. Szargani skrajnymi emocjami, zdominowani przez najgorsze myśli i bardzo często decydujących się na ten ostateczny samobójczy krok.
Dewastacja umysłu jaka następuje przez długotrwały stres czy cierpienie, budzi jeszcze większą niemoc, lęki.
Niezrozumienie przez resztę otoczenia, które nie zawsze dostrzega, że coś jest nie tak. Trwanie w swym cierpieniu bez żadnego proszenia o pomoc i odgrywanie ról, tak by nikt niczego się nie domyślił. Próby życia, ale skryte dążenie do śmierci, jako wyzwolenia.
Album tym samym traktuje o samotności jednostki, próbuje ukazać rozbicie emocjonalne, by słuchacz odczuł, że przypadki takie nie kończą się szczęśliwie, tak więc ostatni utwór kończy się sygnałem "sos" i tym samym "death" nadawanym jako odpowiedź. Zróżnicowanie kompozycji poszczególnych obrazów jest eksperymentem.
